Return & Exchange Policy
At Radha Rani Bangles, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Return & Exchange Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product. After this period, requests will not be accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with the necessary order details.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers
- Combo or bundle products sold during special promotions
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer
- Products returned after 5 days of delivery
However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Incorrect variant of product delivered
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please send an email or message with the following details:
- Order Number
- Product Name / Title
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Return or Exchange
- Replacement Product Details (in case of exchange)
Additionally, please provide:
- Proof of purchase or receipt
- Clear image of the product
- Unboxing video of the product (mandatory for damage claims)
This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.
Return Pickup
If your return or exchange request is approved, our team will arrange pickup from your doorstep and process the replacement or return accordingly.
Shipping Charges
Return and exchange shipping charges will be covered by Radha Rani Bangles only in the following cases:
- Wrong product dispatched
- Product damaged during transit
- Incorrect product variant delivered
For any other reasons, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- The amount will be credited within 5–7 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as refunds may take some time to appear.
- If the issue still persists, please contact our support team.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases where:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
